Q. Do you sell to the public?
A. No. We are exclusively wholesale. Quantity of trees really determines our buyer. We don’t sell just one or two trees.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes. We can provide delivery depending upon availability and distance. For shipping quotes, contact a sales representative.
Q. What does Roots Plus Growers mean?
A. As roots plus growers we guarantee our customers are buying the best quality hardened-off tree available. All of our trees are held until new roots develop and are ready to start growing into your landscape. For more information, visit the Roots Plus Growers website at www.rootsplusgrowers.org.
Q. Do you warranty trees?
A. No. Your trees are guaranteed to be true to type and specifications at time of delivery or pick up.
Q. Are you open on Saturdays?
A. No. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Q. How much notice do you need to place an order?
A. Typically 48 hours notice, but we understand that last minute orders occur and we will do our best to fit it in the schedule.
Q. Do I need an appointment to tour the farms?
A. Yes. Our Sales Team is often away from the farm at various times and it would save you a lot of time to make an appointment.
Q. How late can I pick up tree orders?
A. No later than 3:00PM Monday thru Friday
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. First orders are prepaid prior to shipment. Terms are available for established customers with approved credit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
